Youth discuss their experiences and alternative routes to graduation

Youth from various organizations within the Boston Youth Service Network share their personal experiences through a Youth Voices video project - GED Plus, EDCO Youth Alternative, ABCD University High, Crittenton Women's Union and Sociedad Latina. The Boston Youth Service Network is a group of community-based organizations providing an integrated continuum of alternative education and career exploration programs for at-risk youth who have not found success in traditional systems.

Boston Tobacco Advocacy Project

Boston Tobacco Advocacy Project is a collaboration between Sociedad Latina, Hyde Square Task Force and Whittier Street Health Center focused on the issue of tobacco in the city of Boston and the state of Massachusetts. The group focuses on policy, training and education about the risks associated with smoking.

Who Understands You?

United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley, in collaboration with Bird Street Community Center and Federated Dorchester Neighborhood Houses, produced a video which depicts how youth interpret the positive adult role models in their lives.
